Sharo Shirshekan worked as a business developer in the Farmington, Missouri region from 1995 to 2023. During this time he managed and operated more than 60 nursing homes throughout the state and parts of Illinois. He excelled at turning around failing or closed nursing home facilities, with an emphasis on achieving both superior patient care and profitability. As a business leader in the nursing home industry, Sharo Shirshekan gained experience in areas of healthcare management, resident communications, housekeeping, and special event planning. He also managed all finances and strategic growth initiatives. In addition to his work as a business developer, he has engaged in real estate investment projects and stock market investing.

Sharo Shirshekan is an active contributor to his local community. He has provided financial support to organizations such as the East Missouri Action Agency and the Harvest Christian Centre. He also donated two police dogs to St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department, renovated a bowling alley in Bonne Terre, Missouri, to a thrift store then donated it to Helping Hands Ministries, donated an amusement center to Harvest Christian Centre and donated a senior center to the city of Bonne Terre.
